CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICIES: All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit in order to book! You have 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, will result in you loosing your session and being charged 30% of your service, this applies to regular sessions, bundles and sales. LATE POLICY: 10 min grace period is allowed, if you don't arrive within the grace period: appointment will be cancelled, and in order to reschedule 100% of that service will need to be paid. Tooth Gem Policy If your tooth gem falls off within 24 hours of your appointment, we offer a one-time replacement at no additional cost. After 24 hours, any fallen gems will require the purchase of a new gem for reapplication. Please note that tooth gem results and longevity vary from client to client. Factors such as tooth surface, aftercare, and daily habits all play a role. If you previously had a tooth gem, it is required that any old adhesive residue be professionally removed by a dentist before applying a new gem. Adhesive left on the tooth can prevent proper bonding, which will significantly reduce how long the new gem lasts. We are not responsible for premature loss due to existing adhesive residue
